Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Made Care Services LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality in-home care and transportation services. We understand that schedules change, and we have policies in place to handle cancellations and refunds fairly.

Cancellations:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee, depending on the timing and nature of the service.

Refunds:

  • Unless stated by us, refunds are unavailable. Purchase of our services are final. 

  • Refund requests may be submitted in writing to contact@madecareservices.com. Each request will be reviewed promptly.
